Abraham’s Journey

So it all began, a trek through the desert, he led his flock, in awe of God, his people were fed, his flock thrived, was tested by God, four thousand years later, he is still recalled, a man who outlived everyone, was faithful. What would he make of those, who murdered innocent children, what would he think of their faith, questions he would answer too easily, amen.

It had happened many times, in so many places, the blood of the innocent fell. The grief in the heart of so many, what is it all about, what encourages such evil, imagine it, no faith of God ever encourages violence, the very opposite in fact, forgive them taught Jesus, and put them to shame, their deeds will catch up with them, while my people will have eternal life.

whatever the faith, whatever the starting point, some wisdom’s were unimpeachable, and the simple truth of it was impossible to knock, when you learn to forgive you take the energy out of the evil impulse. Solomon was learning, one thing was certain, evil needed us to get angry and to hate in order for it to live. Abraham kneels to offer his child, amen.

In earning the trust of God Most High, he crossed the bridge, amen.

Where’s The Bread

Solomon wondered what the ancient scriptures meant, spent time working them out, after all, many conflicts were started over the misinterpretation of same, and any light on the situation might help the problem from not repeating. Organised religion was too worried about organisation and regulation to give it serious thought, not surprising, their differences seemed to get wider, while they all offered praise to God Most High. You fed me, you gave me shelter, you healed my thirst, you were there for me, basically, you were a friend, amen. was it that simple. How many careers were made by those pretending to be devout, how many politicians found their power from it’s clout. How many chose the side they thought would win, where’s the bread you mean, amen.

The Holy Spirit

Imagine it, you can say what you like about Jesus, and be forgiven, just imagine it, well it’s written, imagine it, you can’t say anything about the Holy Spirit, that offends God, just imagine it, well it’s written, the border that can’t be crossed, even the demon knows it, amen, just imagine it. Imagine it, the Spirit comes from God, just imagine it, the creator of the universe, Solomon didn’t have to imagine it, now imagine that, so imagine the prayers of the ancient prophets, and the modern day efforts to taint love, and resting places of Holy Spirit. As said all those years ago, the Helper arrives, it had, there was no need to imagine it, amen.

What Am I Looking At!

Implants in the rear end, who wants to look at it, that’s where the other stuff comes out, who are you trying to offend, have you lost your marbles entirely, do you realize how stupid it has become, encouraging the young to view from the rear, when it’s the heart that means everything. Bend over and twist, it’s as if we are appraising racehorses at an auction, well it’s for sale is

what it’s saying, good enough, well label it honestly them, stop trying to confuse the world, after all, what am i looking at, amen.

Solomon sighed, if there was problems in the world, there are other places i should be looking for the answer. What did the almighty think of it, gifts, it all adds up, amen.

Moses Blue

Moses gets the Blues

Fifteen, sixteen whatever age, whatever the reason, we plan for it, but seemingly do nothing about it, repeated year after year, while the suicide rates among children soar, and nobody seems to notice, just more calls for volunteers, as if the situation is expected to worsen, as it is, any wisdom out there, it does not appear so. Children more vulnerable to adult vices that ever before, copying what they see, have you ever seen a small one learn, how fast they cotton on, we all have, and what do we all say, that’s a smart child, they are all smart children, they don’t all learn at the same speed. As with wine, some get better as they get older, most in fact, provided they have the right start. There was a time when children were considered a Godsend, a blessing, more love to give, that was long ago. Now we have a list of explanations for the child and the role of the adult and society etc etc, and the rights of children

etc.. and hosts of other things, etc etc, all relating to the rearing and well-being of the child. A child just wants to be esteemed and loved, with a little encouragement they’ll work things out.

Solomon met a lot of big children lately, and the still had to recover from their childhood,

Tight Squeeze

maybe, she twirls, the dress does not look right, the mirror is full length, she stands there, head left head right, head up head down, doesn’t feel right, damn, she marches to the bedroom, a bundle of clothes on the bed, she reaches into the press, what now she sighs, four to choose from, she’s a size eight, wants to be a seven, grabs the navy jump suit, quickly changes, returns to the mirror, half an hour later, she makes up her mind. A pout of the lips, cool she smiles, on her way to an awards ceremony, wants to look her best. Whats the hurry, in traffic, taxi driver watches her reaction in the mirror, hyped up chick or what, she is hopping, can’t this bus go faster, is getting nervous, the delay is killing her.  what’s the rush!.

famine chick, in her small tent, the aid convoy hasn’t arrived yet, was promised a week ago, will it hurry up, her child is cramping with the hunger, the water milk diet not sustaining enough. She doesn’t mind, it’s her child she worries about.

I’d like to announce the winner of the new female singer of the year, and the winner is, she bursts in the door, the audience turns around, the noise she makes would scatter a flock of birds. her day is made, she arrived on the stroke of recognition, the fuss with the make up and stuff worth the wait.

She pulls her hair, ringlets, cutie, she fawns for the audience, opens her mouth the way all the bright teeth people do, pauses. i would like to dedicate my award to the ..

The child is crying, she is fraught with anxiety, she holds the baby, one eye on the door, a miracle she pleads, how can i stop the suffering of my little child. She shakes the baby, talking to the wee one all the time, she’d feed him from her breast, but they are hard and tight, no milk in there, she needs to feed to provide for the young one.

i’d like to thank my agent, and my family for getting me this far, without them i would have got nowhere.  She bursts out crying, the emotions too much, success has come at last.

Without food there was nothing she could do. The dead bundle is cold, she sits on the floor, wailing.

Anyone for canapes!

The Chef

A walk to the market, sizing the veggies, she feels them, feel  ok, drops them in the bag, a short walk, health and well being on her mind, she feeds people, wants to make them feel well, it’s a struggle sometimes, but she perseveres. The half hour over the boiling pot, the regular twist of the spoon, doesn’t want it to get too lumpy, dips her finger in, tasty, she wants a little more spice, just enough never too much, you can add more yourselves later. She watches the door, they will be in soon, lunchtime, she knows who is well and who needs extra, she has a heart that tells her she is a mother, her food is prepared that way. amen.
