Peace in our time

Food on the table, a mother’s first thought, looking after her children. A woman spots a hungry child, she immediately thinks of her own, that could be my child. Religion unimportant, the love of the child and welfare, is the uppermost thought in the mothers head, there is a home, there lies harmony, so we hope.

Solomon sighed; there were various religious groups trying to lay claim to God, as there God, and no one else, as if they are privileged. There were many groups trying to justify war, and the control of populations. How so few of them, look to motherhood and the common wisdom therein. Mothers don;t raise children to hate, and mothers by nature have more in common with mothers, no matter where they come from.

Solomon sighed; it’s a great home where there is peace in the kitchen, amen. It’s an even greater world, when the seeds of peace are sown in the hearts of all children, amen.

Insects bugs worms food

The swallow swoops down upon the river, grabbing tiny flies as it goes, it’s mouth open, the flies where they are supposed to be. The spider feels the web shake, another meal has been caught. The worm is caught in the flood, a meal for a trout, and it goes on and on. man comes along, doesn’t like those insects that like his corn, decides to do away with them. The poisoned insect is eaten by the bird, who dies from poisoning, and this is repeated the world over. Years later, there is an outcry, the insects are dying, the water isn’t clean, the birds are getting smaller, Mother nature is loosing strength.

The mirror, that’s you, no escaping it’s human thinking that has driven us to this state of affairs, and it’s Godly thinking, that will point us in the direction of healing it, amen. A tiny virus that is only visible under microscope, brought the world to a halt; Those little insects, that food chain, it all adds up, and when there are gaps in the chain, there is only uncertainty, amen.

Beauty

There are so many ways to describe beauty; to some it’s the reflection in the mirror, how perfect we feel when compared to others, there are many ways of seeing it. But do we take into consideration the inner beauty, that goes deeper than mere physical aspects. It’s easy to throw out comments, but as soon as trouble arrives, a different version of ourselves arrives, in a nutshell, we like our comfort zones, and don’t like those who remind us of our failings; Jesus made this clear when he came upon the earth; He reminded the Spiritual leaders of the day, how they gave attention to those that were wealthy in preference to those that needed help. They praised the material world over the Spiritual, so Jesus told them.

Solomon sighed; we all have failings. Our world pushes the perfect figure, the perfect life, political correct thought too, but is any of it real, or just the way we have been led, amen. Imagine the reality, that one day all will face. A perfect day, the visit to the doctor, the diagnosis, the change in plans, the new expectations, a new life ahead. All the so called problems are no longer problems, what is important changes overnight, and all you are left with, is your conscience. To find beauty in those times, is priceless. Given the changes going on, it was wise to set aside time, regarding your relationship with the Almighty God, amen.

What

There is so much the mind can handle, there is so much pain we can inflict, some of it, by advice’s received from our teachers, but does hurting others really please God. Rules are built up, they become enshrined in laws, by those who are devout, who assume they are helping the harvest, which harvest you ask, the harvest of pain and retribution, didn’t Jesus teach forgiveness, how easy it is to forget, the basics.

Women, mothers, the carers of their families, how they have similar goals. Solomon was watching old re runs of TV shows from fifty years ago. The respect everyone had for each other, the considerate language, how all that respect had died in less than fifty years, replaced by what, the me syndrome, the death of society for many people.

What will you do, when you are asked to explain your behaviors. Will you quote those words used by those who did atrocity after atrocity, we were following orders. It will be as good as having a sack of rocks on your shoulders while trying to swim, you might get somewhere, but you will drown, amen.

As revelations play out before our eyes on a daily basis, then you hear the great silence of those who pretend to know, but are as lambs, harmless, and in need of shepherding themselves. Who can explain what these changes really mean, what you ask?.

And putting tender minds through it, is the same as the parent who sends the child to boarding school, even though it was awful, what sort of parent is that?

THE GOD OF JESUS

compassion, no cult leader, simply, the space you made for others. It wasn’t for your gain, as many behave, helping, Jesus pointed towards stories, the easy way to get them to listen, they were all children in his eyes. The good Samaritan wasn’t a spy, didn’t have an agenda either, did what was correct in the heart that loves. In a nutshell, you can’t love God if you hate the things He created.

Treasure Box

eating foods, washing this way or that, it wasn’t too important, some put emphasis on rituals, fine for keeping communities together, helping to know each other, but real love, is what you do for others, not your friends, it’s called spreading the Spirit of well being, amen.

Wonders and miracles, they were not for show, they were to teach, life is eternal for those that hold firm in faith. And if Heaven is not in doubt, neither is hell. Even the demons were named, in those times, by the early pharisee’s, they even accused Jesus of having them inside him, so strong was His power, now and always.

Mercy

All the righteous dead calling out, how many voices, those unjustly murdered, the output of the Spirit stolen from, serious times, serious crimes, Solomon wondered if they noticed, the volcanoes, the earthquakes, the rudderless world, leaving it to mere men to fix, wasn’t thinking, as if the same people created the world.

What if the current generation were going to be asked to address the issue; the righteous dead, what if, all those unjust deaths had to be accounted for, why not, the times coincide with prophecy of old. The numbers tell the same story, the time is near, and warnings from space, point to the potential of a world changing event, from the sun.

The silent walk of all those who entered the gas chambers, will humanity have to answer for it; is there a lesson, did we repeat the same mistakes afterwards. Did we allow the military complex take over the world, giving protection to the highest bidder, over throwing legitimate governments, how did it happen, so soon after the second great war.

Solomon sighed; the usual suspects didn’t want the world to get too excited, calm, we can fix this, how many fresh faced politicians do we hear that rubbish from, most of them. The third world war had been ongoing these last twenty five years, the way we use our hearts and minds, written permanently in our internet habits, well, who are you anyway, amen, but the sum of your deeds.

Islands on fire, water in short supply, fish getting smaller, there is a lot to be concerned for; if they are real, they’d have the picture of the cloud on billboards, to alert people, there is a power beyond, they could have; now science is saying the same thing, the planet isn’t as safe as many hope, and they could have earned real blessings, yet didn’t even try, amen.

He’s got a conscience, drinks to hide from the horrors he was involved in, needs sleep. Imagine what the judgement of God will be like; time to do something really good for a change, amen. Otherwise those bad memories will chase you around.

The inner Self

The cover up, point in any direction, over there, they are breaking the law, lets target them. The mob screams, the chase begins, all thoughts of the self forgotten, while telling themselves, this is God’s way, or so their leader says. The mob beat the man, he is an adulterer, was seen coming out of a house, where a single lady resided. Praise to God they shout, as if the Almighty advised violence, when it’s compassion and understanding that is sought. Hiding among the regulations, isn’t that what crooks do, well if it’s legal, written in the law, it’s all right.

Jesus was speaking to the apostles. People were complaining, that Jesus and his followers were breaking all the rules, ignoring the rules of washing, eating the wrong foods, communing with those considered dirty. What makes you unworthy, is what comes out of your mouth, not what goes into it. At the time, people were speaking against the apostles, for the habits they practiced.

The inner self, the beliefs you hold, the bias you encourage, the hatred you hold, and harm you wish towards others, this is what makes you unholy. Many complained, the women should be covered, they tempt men, they encourage them in the wrong habits, lets blame them. Jesus understood the human mindset. How use was made of laws to hound people. If the men found it hard to deal with temptation, it was their inner selves that was driving their passions. To blame mothers for their behavior, was outrageous, amen. Did they not listen to the early prophets; the battle that has to be fought, is the battle within, that’s the field of battle.

Stone Her

The young woman is tied to the pole, they are preparing to stone her, according to the law. A man reads out a proclamation, the verdict has to be read, a large crowd has assembled. Today we caught this woman talking to a married man, in a private location, you know how dangerous that can be, we must have standards. A young prophet is in the crowd, listening. The speech ends, the men chosen to do the stoning pick up stones, their arms arched, waiting for the final salute, before the sentence is carried out.

The man pushes his way through the crowd, stands in front of the gathering. The judge in charge of proceedings smiles, are you another of her lovers he says. Of course he says, isn’t it written in the law, that we must love what God has created otherwise we don’t love God. Insolence says the Judge, and who are you he asks, while trying to rouse the crowd into a frenzy, they gathered to see blood flow, nothing else.

Arrest him says the judge, let him join her, the crowd yells, praise to God they shout and no other. But this is not what the law says, the young man pleads, haven’t you heard of Jesus, it’s compassion and kindness that God seeks from us, not cruelty.

The man is bound to the girl, the stoning is about to begin. It will be all right he says to the young girl, just trust me. There is another prophet in the crowd, an older man, as he makes his way forward through the crowd, they make a way for him to pass, there is energy about him. He emerges from the crowd, the judge looks at him, immediately he is taken back, remember me brother says the old prophet, i appeared to you in a dream, the judge is speechless.

Treasure Box

Haven’t you heard says the prophet, the battle is not with others, the battle you have to worry about is the battle within. You can’t blame others for your own failings, amen.
