Extremism

Radical minds, trying to exploit, hoping to open old wounds, the targets, those easy to find, and those unable to fight back, Solomon was reminding himself, demons are alive and well, but there was a force, an energy that could turn them into babbling fools in an instant. As they rose to make their comments, trying to rekindle a supremacy, they thought that was their own, they put themselves in the line of fire, of the Heavenly ones.

The world was full of mistakes, extremism dressed in righteousness, had the support of many, the applause of those that thought them right. He sighs, he encountered the Holy Spirit, not the imagination but the real, keep firm it said and all will go right. The old networks were tumbling, the old days were spent, a new world was taking it’s place. As Jesus said to his apostles, as Esdras was told by the angel, the signs of the end will be made clear, national rebellions, extremism, don’t worry he said, a woman going through child birth suffers labor pains, it’s only natural, the same way, don’t get upset over the changes, these things must happen, while the world is changed.

Solomon imagined many hearts anxious, their eyes unbelieving, their ears burning, as they heard the rhetoric of hatred raise it’s ugly head. Be calm advised the angel, everything is going to be all right, amen.
