Great Music lifts the Soul….

We need moments to refresh, put down the worries, reflect, it’s not a diagnosis, it’s like cleaning the desk at work, or the bathroom at home, there is stuff we need to do. With so much happening in the world, the mind becomes overloaded, and if we don’t give it a break, we can overreact, becoming ultra sensitive, till eventually we are programmed in our responses. We join causes without thinking deeply about what we are getting involved in, in a nutshell, we become pawns in other life dramas. It’s the new year, time for starting the new, it could be a change of relationship, it could be the end of one, the beginning of something new.

Being human, we are sensitive, even if many pretend otherwise. you put on a few pounds, a crisis, the pants it tighter, the thing is, after the season of Christmas, we are all in a tighter squeeze, well, it could be any festival time, but human beings tend to worry easily. In an effort to relax the mind at crucial times, apart from trying the booze, that is meant to be a joke actually, but the music of all types allows you time to get out of the worry zone. So I am throwing in a few middle of the road classics, that will just do that. In times of great stress, you are easily upset or worried. The sheep only have to smell the wolf to get the panic attack, and there are many other there, who know how to exploit your feelings. Listening to music helps you set the mind, like poetry, it lets you forget the world, you forget fashion, you forget social media worries, you forget your mobile phone.  Start your day with great music, and be surprised, amen.

When you can bypass the mind, you can access the heart. happy new year!.

The baby is a few days old, pink flesh with eyes arms that move, fed every four hours as per the instructions, the nurse calls every week to assist with the new born health, it’s important to get the foundations right at the start, has an affect on baby the diet the sleep pattern the well being of mother, the person inside needs all this basic nurture.

The four year old child has the phone in his hands, his mother grabs it takes if from him, your too young for all that stuff, wait til you grow up she says with adoring eyes, he screams and screams she says no, she gives him a biscuit calms his troubles away, distraction and other inputs the child will be safer without the mobile phone..

Later, why can’t I do that, well, if that’s what they do, why not me, it’s reasonable logic, he is only a child. Twenty years of online provocation, a click and your on the site, enticed with words, reminded daily by image, your natural workings interfered with, how easy it is, to undermine the well being of the Spirit inside…

The battle was ongoing, the young souls were under assault, the mighty angels were busy, the old networks were falling, the changes were coming everyday, who could imagine it, so many changes in so short a time. Solomon was recalling the pressure so many young were under, as depression was being recorded with alarming frequency, in the very young, a warning call, it was putting pressure on the seed provider, amen.

Road to Perdition

It was wisdom in the beginning, then the customs were added like gems to a ring finger, the more they added the more envy it caused, soon they had to use the other fingers, more customs and more jealousy flowed, the wrist came next, then up the arms, till all that sparkled was the customs, which they

then made into laws, burdening mankind ever since.

Failure to listen, was a regular warning of Jesus, particularly to those in charge. He encountered those trying to discourage him, who even planned on killing him, for challenging the customs they turned into laws. It was as simple as love he said, it wasn’t complicated, it was a living thing, you did it or you didn’t.

Years later, on the road to perdition, the voyagers, sticks in hand, walk the thorny path, going to this shrine and that, just to remind themselves, how lucky they were. A little bit of home comfort, would it not have been an awful lot wiser, going to far away places, pilgrimage, call it a holiday and tell the truth, they built walls between the Kingdom of God and the masses, it was time to admit their mistakes. Solomon say the signs, others too, there were many boats, but in his heart, he saw few of them floating, amen.
