Solomon reflected, many were at the same, seeking clarity and direction, there was much to be confused about, where do I fit in this new world, will my job be safe, how will my relationship fare, can I get by with less cash, seeking, Solomon was doing his own version of closet, what matters in the end, what is it about you that you can take with you, how can I be a useful servant in this world. What are my priorities. The virus taught one great lesson, patience can’t be bought, you have to practice it, and the same goes for those who want a relationship with God, you have to work at it. And the language of God is compassion for others, a healthy attitude to the environment, less exploitation of people, and good relations with your neighbors, otherwise, you are not at the races. Imagine you are sitting opposite the Holy Spirit, and you want to converse, what comes to mind, the deeds you hide, or the love you want to share.
The great threat arrives, the paid men run, the shepherd soon realized, where was their trust, the parables of Jesus, replayed in real life, the ship is at sea, the winds are strong, where is your faith He Asked, didn’t you see the great wonders, how taxing it must have been, to have to remind them again and again, the Spirit of God is inside me, and it’s inside you too, you just have to create the space for it to thrive, a healthy mind, not one filled with jealousy and spite, that’s the demons daily diet, amen. You can’t serve God and Money, one will get the better of you, listen if you have ears.
Solomon read a story, the history of genetics, and the threat of virus’s, and how easy it is to manipulate such things, so simple it doesn’t even need a degree. The timing of the read, the advent of the corona virus, the vicious words used to instill fear in everyone. Don’t give up your faith, God is real, and his mercy is great, don’t panic ever, amen.
Reading from the holy books; Ezra in particular, there is so much in it that connects to these times, so Solomon read it aloud, to those listening in secret, in case they forget, there is God and there are words, that add up. As Jesus said later, it’s never too late to return to God, amen.
Can you imagine it, it begins with your thought, then the start of the imagining, you start today, something new is happening. The Spirit is tired, shopping, what’s new, then you see the faces, so many out buying gifts for another, how often can we say that about ourselves, we are all really giving, we just don’t get enough opportunities to show it.
She is shy, her feelings are in a shroud, wrapped around her, she protects them the way a mother minds her new born, priceless, little does she know, that one day into the future, she will watch baby take off in a car, driven by someone else who wants to love her too. there will be fretting, the stomach will contract, anxiety will persist till baby returns.
Then the Promise of Eternity, the word of Jesus, a time will come, there will be signs for all to see, there will be changes, dramatic too, stuff you heard of, but mostly ignore, it’s been a long time coming. The New world, what will it be, will their be controversy, how will we fare, what will our purpose be, how does your Spiritual guide describe it.
Feeling good, healthy, friends who you can depend upon, no fear of violence, being happy within. It sounds simple to write, but the world we create starts within us, amen.
A mountain top, the voice, alone, all seeing, the overview, from the preacher girl. Another leader, another controversy, history, what did we learn, the fears that come with change. The Smoking habit is cut, he looks at her, what do you mean by that, well, I am a preacher woman she says. He gets an idea in his head, healing in one hand, the book of wisdom., the cigarette and the ash that falls from the other.
He wonders if it’s for real, he lives a busy life, survival does for most, tomorrow will look after itself. He listens, she is open, her words are sharp, is this the voice of a partner or a tyrant, he tries to catch her attention, she has to go back to the original. No idols to begin with, those we tear down, compassion, if we don’t practice it, we can’t pass it on, as for judging others, we need to look into the mirror. Eventually we will see something we like, a trait, a good decision.
I’m hardcore she says, he listens, she does not allow space for interruption. He is not fault finding, he is listening. There are a few things she doesn’t know about him, he wonders if that helps. You have to do more listening, we all do, preacher girl.
The history of nations, the oppression of the weak and vulnerable, the call for a fairer system, while the word of God failed, as preachers joined forces with those who lorded it over the lower classes, how the works of Jesus were forgotten, while clever men wrote books explaining it all, in accordance to what they thought, their words, only pebbles in the wall of understanding, their pride overcomes them, same way a starlet these modern days soaks up the accolades. Solomon was always a fan of the french nation, no one forgets the revolution, and those that came after those mad days, don’t have to be told, you don’t lord it over people, you have to love them all. Victor was a rare exception, he says it well, mixes history with a story of redemption.
Solomon loved the streets of Paris, as a tourist it wasn’t a struggle to survive, he had time to wonder, the long lunch, the dress, the bread, and the wine, the pride of the wine maker, the classifications, how they clap at the end of the movie, okay, so they don’t have big houses, four rooms could be their mansion, entertaining and meeting others was the life, the early morning argument in the cafe, men in their work overalls discussing politics before they went out to sweep the streets, their Pride in the Nation, blessed they believe by God.
So in order to overcome the powers of the authority, you have secret languages and signs, words, obfuscation as some would say, the hidden truth that Greed can destroy, you have a soul, and when mixed with good love, there is great power. Victor and his friends tried to remind us of this, I guess they still are. There is a God they all say, amen.
The tips you pick up online, how to get ahead, how to read the stock charts, how to make a million, how to deceive your parents, how to deceive anyone. The words you need to use, how to respond, how to remain calm, how to get others to lose focus, how to run your own cult, how to control anyone, finding out as much as you can, the stuff you can use to create the impression of knowing them, how to undermine trust, how to get them to run, the world is a world of confused ants, women who diet but never succeed, men who strive while so few succeed, there has to be a better way, does that sound real. The story of fake news, many were complaining about it, how opinions are twisted, false ideas giving head space, all from the different manuals in self-harm. If you exhibit the signs of mental well being if you behave this way, who do you want to be, just follow the manual?
Solomon read many conflicting stories, heard many views, why believe in that Church, my version is better, there is contradiction everywhere, a constant news feed. The signs from above, the sun that shines on everyone, the lessons for everyone, it’s strange how disaster or coming disasters get us to think as one, it’s going to affect us all, how are we going to deal with it. When all is said and done, compassion is not taking advantage of others, love is being patient not demanding all the time, and forgiveness, it’s something rarely practised at all, but spoken about. Solomon listened to many differing opinions, the ways the mountain is climbed, we are better, they are ignorant, they haven’t evolved, he heard so many arguments. For all their arguments, Spirit is central, it’s inside you, you make choices, it’s not complicated, same as the parables of Jesus, why was he given such wisdom, or do you need to ask. Did he create envy, or a desire to hear more words of wisdom?, and when you hear those words, does it not put your heart at rest!
Silence in the street, the familiar hum is gone, the beat that used to fill your head, the side to side rhythm, the bird is silent, but his memory lives on. How we take it for granted, the sound of music, birds and their tweets, the friendly smile that used to lend you a cigarette, and those conversations that went anywhere but always had meaning. There is no economic value in a bird song, there is no money in music on the street, well, you can press the button and have it automatically, why would live music matter. Solomon heard of the passing on of a good soul and friend of his, a member of the James gang, an outlaw type. Mornings spent listening for a half hour, the requests he played, Neil Young and more, thanks he says, I’m sure your entertaining elsewhere now.
Good leaders, how the business minded only value money and nothing more, amen. There had to be a loading given to wisdom in the days ahead, the danger to the environment, the abuse of communities, the madness of celebrity culture, there are artists who inspire. Solomon reflected on the many times he heard the banjo play as he rounded the corner, and the smile it would put you his face, and the few requests he could make. It wasn’t economic the activity, but it was wisdom to support it. He had in times past, and now he could as God Most High, and expect to get a hearing, even when he wasn’t right. You never stop listening to music, thanks John.
God is all wise, has heard all the lies, way people been manipulated, the lives subsequently destroyed, the media barons their control of events, the way they heighten worry, it’s the same with spin, and the tension than mounts, all to create fear doubt anxiety and self analysis, has heard it so much, he’s going to act personal, tall weeds are being sliced from the garden of the harvest, an example to those that remain, the hope that they change in earnest, believe it or not but the picture in the sky is real, people of faith stand up, there is no longer anything to be anxious about, go out and live your lives, and put Love at the top of your priorities, then everything else will work out completely, cause God Most High never lies, amen. I have encountered the holy spirit as well, many divine events, you no longer need to have doubts, believe and trust in God Most High, religion does not matter whichever one, so long as you believe and act in Love, it’s really that simple, and read the holy scriptures, of all the God based religions, they are laced with truth and wisdom, it’s really that simple, and pray together whatever your faith, it will make us all safer and stronger in the long run, amen.
