Throughout the world, there are helpers, who do it every day, just being themselves, going about doing good deeds, dishing out advice, leaving hints, the proverbial army of God. As leonard said, Cohen that is, we often forget to pray for the angels, well, Solomon sighed, thanks. That will put a smile on a few faces, amen.

Eternity’s Gate

The waiting is over, your going home, it wasn’t as expected, a car accident, you are not alarmed, you have a CV, you have done a lot of good, you did well with the tools provided, the gift that you used, to enlighten. So there you arrive, clean and washed, at Eternity’s Gate, the angels are waiting, you are blessed, to even get that far. you were always humble, you never bragged about what you could do, you were just glad you could do it, you knew this life was a boarding card, you just had to have it in your hand, when you arrived at “Eternity’s Gate”.

Solomon smiled, gifts, talents, the abilities you were adorned with, the ones that you never knew about, because of the confusion you lived with, just human behaving odd. It could be explained so simply. He re read some of the old scriptures, it was clear as ice, you deeds and how you treated people, that was who you were. Piety did not matter, inner truth did, amen.

The lights come on, the machine beeps. the nurse jumps, he’s still alive, they are sending this one back, his papers need amending, but he has the work done obviously, amen.

Ezra reborn

So much is stored up in blessings it’s a question of learning how to access it, words to those affect were told to Ezra, 2,7000 years ago, the intervention of God was there for all, it was just a question of letting God abide in you, it wasn’t that difficult to understand. Jesus comes along, 700 odd years later, explains in details, told through stories, there is a world that exists, it’s just that you need to make space for it, space for the light to live inside you, looking out and love, not crouch and hoard, welcome your brothers and sisters, and prepare to be surprised.

Solomon was trying to add explanations to the words of old, an amateur, he never studied philosophy, never studied the experts, lived for all it was when he could, added bits to the puzzle which he wanted to unravel, and came to one conclusion, how the heart is bypassed and the head becomes the main source of influence, the wrong order but the thinking is simple, the less of the heart the less of God there is in us all.

Ezra wrote it down, so Solomon and others, down through the centuries would read and re read those words, each one adding his bit to the puzzle, thereby increasing understanding, making the step up the hill to the summit all the bit easier. In a world that holds out perfection as the answer or the end result, they ignore the notion of being born again. Those words were used to remind us, we need to throw out what we know if necessary, and to fill ourselves with light. As each generation comes and goes, the understanding becomes clearer, and clearer, till we make the connection, so Solomon had learned from his experiences. Why are we saved from great tragedies, why do we under go stress filled experiences, what is it that rests deep inside us, is it the lives of all our descendants and what they experience, thoughts for a Monday, amen. We could all be relatives of Ezra!.

It no one was saying it, Solomon was going to, romance was in his heart, not the suspicious looks of those seeking advantage, amen, he’d ask wisdom to assist, she never failed him. The sexualisation of the world had dimmed the love radar, but it was all changing now.
