Everything she ever wanted…

The attention, free love, the extras, lots of friends, everything she wished for, but there is still a hole inside her, that nothing material can fill, why can’t it be normal. She envies her friends, they’re normal, the boring partners, the routines they have, he leaves the bowl down, never washes the dishes, is always giving Margot their child treats, he shouldn’t spoil them that much, everyone nods and smiles, inside her heart is longing, but she knows, you can’t bring children into the world without foundations. Her friends recommend the child in a box scenario, the artificial thing, you get a list of prospects, and do it yourself. It’s not what she wanted. She retreats inside, it has to be there, the original feelings, where did they go, how do you decide. Everything she wants, it’s already inside her.

The eyes are giveaways, there is an emptiness, she is replaying the lives of old glamour queens and actors, every time she see’s them on the screen, not me hopefully she says. when i get older, i will be surrounded by those who grow with me, those who really love, is it the price of fame, well it comes with risk. I’ll get through it. The next day she decides to slow down, three months later she is on a beach, away from the attention, and herself, the way she used to be, all she ever wanted.

Fires in California,Migrants on the Move,Chaos in London,Rescue ship being seized in Italy….

Look at the screen Bob, the world is imploding before our very eyes, Bob shakes his head, it’s cold and wet, and they are standing outside looking in, outside a TV store, they’ve lost their way sometime back, both veterans of the Desert Wars, look what it’s done.

Are you looking forward to Christmas, she wants a smile from the kid, she is visiting a friend, if she gets a smile she’ll feel good as if she’s done something, wont you smile for me she says, all he see’s is her double chin and those thick lens glasses, what have you to smile about he thinks.

Bob and Jim walk to the shelter, it’s a mid week day, so there should be no trouble getting in, Jim is on about the end of the world, Bob wants a warm meal and a bed, doesn’t it concern you he says, passing another TV store, slowing to have a look, what are we going to do about it then!

A concert for the victims, the line of script runs across the screen, a hundred different stars have already signed up, Bob shakes his head, how many ever went to war, they give what they don’t need nothing more, hear about Cindy he asks, you mean the young mother with the three year old kid?

Chaos in Italy too Bob, they are after seizing that rescue ship, Jim frowns, what is that old fool talking of, Italy Bob, the one that was rescuing the drowning people and giving them the medical help, you mean they set up a veterans hospital in the med, what are our navy doing.

Shelters, causes, big concerts, zealots, poor Cindy was waiting in the shelter, imagine, with a child too, she goes out one day and this guy comes over, hands her a ticket, next thing she wins the lottery. A car pulls up at the kerb, Bob looks down, thinks it’s the police, there is a no loitering sign…

The window rolls down, what are you waiting for, It’s Cindy they smile… what about the shelter, the others…

A few weeks ago I picked up one of Walsch’s books and began to read the first pages. After I read the short list of the 25 core messages to explain the main message (in the title) I stopped reading. It was so inspiring and I my mind started spinning. Before I am reading on […]

The Heart Inside You and Senator John McCain………

Imagine it, all those billions of hearts out there, full of stuff, many of them bypassed, surgically too, but imagine it, the size of your heart, and what is stored in there, what is it, that makes you use it, the heart, rather than heading for the mind, and all the stuff you have in that, the temporary and the permanent. If your unsure where this is going, just listen.

Imagine, if your heart is a reservoir, a clean place, healthy, imagine other people using it, well, the more you use it, the more others can use it, the heart. Imagine, new hearts, beginning the journey, seeking other hearts, where they can visit for awhile. Some of them blocked of course, where there is no access, others open, where there is plenty of traffic.

Imagine a load of children, bright eyed and hopeful, plants waiting for the sun to shine or the rains, seeking nourishment; for that is what your heart is, a source of nourishment, it fills the world with good thoughts, that is the heart inside you, amen.

Solomon had a dream, a real dream, and it surprised him greatly, not that he was surprised that he dreamed, it was a occupational hazard. In the dream, he is on a journey, and with healing in mind, he comes to the end of the Journey, and he meets his guest, a man who lived a very good life, a brave man, a man who spoke up. The man is John McCain, the recently departed United States Senator, this is all real, keep on reading, and pass it on, this in not a made up story. In the story an RV pulls out, out steps Senator McCain, they embrace. In the dream, a burst of bright light so intense bursts from them, as they embrace, as if Solomon and the Senator are meeting, to welcome the Senator Home, all traces of illness gone, the brave soldier has come home. Spirit heals, Solomon is certain of this, and so is the dream. A few hours later, Solomon turns on the radio, and hears the news, Senator McCain has passed on; who can doubt the existence of the after life, the story is 100% real. Good news for Monday, and a peaceful rest for the departed Soldier, amen.

The Wave of a Hand…

immersed in the self and the importance of being, full of the self, he makes his way to his next appointment, focused on the me and nothing else, nothing means more to him than success, well, it’s the mantra of our existence and when it gets in the head, what else is there to think of. He was after finishing class, the day was going well, it was a pass, the day before had delivered, it was a clear cut victory, he had being delivered, amen. He grabs a coffee. He is on a hurry, it’s a sip and a dunk, then he will be gone from the surrounds.

“Hi!”

She waves her hand, he waves back, there is a smile on her face. How simple was that, she was rooted to her chair, and didn’t get out much, but her face lit up with a smile.

Who Am I

The morning arrives, the humdrum, she battles with her mind, her heart too. In an hour she will be at work, the day will pass, she will meet friends, chat and smile, wonder, wonder at the decisions she made, and will do the same tomorrow, but on the bright side, she is a nurse, and she heals.  The power within us all, Solomon was remarking on the ancient words, the life giving advice of Jesus, that the standing religion at the time found offensive. Well he was stealing their thunder and rendering them useless in the face of the Miraculous.

Solomon sighed, the generations of lives that we all live, the habits passed on, the bias and the fear that we can’t seem to get rid of. He was thinking of the efforts of the last Queen of Hawaii, and how she tried so gallantly to retain the Spiritual Strength of her people. A woman who knew the value of nature, our friend, the oneness of the world, the living earth. He imagined her heartbreak, the way her private life was twisted by an elite of the money class, whose only goal was to exploit everything.

Solomon wondered, if those of the religious class every pondered the meaning of eternity, and how the burdens of life, were just a collection of negative actions, that we could never forgive ourselves of. As Jesus says all those years, and says today, today is the only day there is, how simple is that, amen. God is in all of us, he said we were divine, that God was within us, you just had to believe it, could the advice not be clearer .Well, having being saved from the impossible with a regularity a formula one driver could not explain, then again, the night the Spirit came, in real time, he knew it was game over for the evil ones….. we just have it inside us, let it free today, blessings everyone.

Ministry of Sounds

Can’t sound it, sound, action to her, affects inner harmony, will I get up, she glances at her I-phone. To others it seems extravagant, to her a diagnostic tool, she’s a locum. Irritating, will I.  Her shift starts in, she dips her eyes on the phone, she is precise, a trainee surgeon, doing the steps. Her fingers are long and graceful. Where they have been; last evening, inside the chest of an elderly man, noise disappears, music again, continues reading. She lives in a three room, ignoring the bathroom; everyone has one of those, as vital as a healthy rectum.

Can’t Forgive, is that an issue for you!.

An issue for the world, sighed Solomon, another reason to feel angry, the disabling affect of hatred. In doubt, go to the place where you have reason to be angry, feels as if you justify yourself, an eye for an eye, then Jesus comes along, even his followers were upset, forgive!. have you lost your mind. Well, my Father is always forgiving you all, no pun intended, he shows them the scars.

50 million die in the second great war, fifty million, and most of them of European origin, so what happens next; the wise men of Europe decide to form a common market; bringing together foes of old, uniting them under the common cause, for all their welfare. Fifty million dead souls later, what a price to pay, why had they not done it sooner, questions.

In a world where arguments ended in feuds, and bloodshed. The child pushes his bike through the rubble, sighs to himself, how he used to do it with his father, and their friends, that was before, they bombed the neighborhood, He lives in Lebanon. How he wishes to see his father again.

In his low feelings, the extremists comfort him, they have something in common he assumes, eats every word they speak, then they send him on the mission, that will unite him with his Father, well son, you said you wanted to see your father again. Can’t forgive, you know what I mean, amen.

The Escape Route

She reached for the bourbon, drops two clicks into the glass, a few pills in her palm, she is used to them, taking them a long time, her head goes back, the tablets then the jack, she swallows hard, a good night sleep, she hasn’t had one of those in years. The TV is playing, the current offering does not suffice, she plays with the buttons like she was throwing dice. An old movie, she was young when they first saw it together, her eyes well up, the tears will flow, a combination of self pity, and love long lost. Years ago she had the chance, she chose the career over the chance, that love finally found her. Successful in all respects, the trappings are not a problem, the garden is perfect, does she give out about it, usually after a late night of booze, otherwise she is quite calm, till the night comes. She can build, she can encourage, she can motivate, but there is no escaping the hole in her heart.

Solomon sighed, Love has to be a flow, same way a plant can’t live in damp marshy soils, apart from a very few. In the world that attempted to own everything, including our genes, there was no ownership for love, only a responsibility for it’s safe delivery to the next. Many folks had troubles, everyone, some went deep, some went into despair, it was how you dealt with it, decided it all, the escape route. Building walls around your troubles, was only a delay.

The Dark inside

Bitten by a dog, the child is young, develops a phobia, doctor calls it normal, given the experience. Everyone agrees, who could recover from such an experience, a young man, full of spirit and intense with his ideals, wants to see the best in everything, wants to see evil punished, believes in his country, well, someone better will come along. You are now a marine sir, is soon sent to Vietnam, returns shell shocked, addicted, life is never to same, the expert says so, everyone agrees, who could recover from such an experience. Others call it a disability, a situation you can’t deal with, but a situation others can handle, so you are different, based on your experiences; are we agreed, yes we are!.

25% of the world, addicted in some form, the numbers are actually higher in truth, so many of us are good at disguise, he is busy all the time, she is a career girl, busy. Turn on the TV, listen to the radio, what is your profile, what time of day, advertise laxatives to the elderly, advertise underwear to the young, one group interested in being able to live with a little dignity, the others group interested in personal appearances; the dark inside, getting the balance right.

Solomon heard of fishing, it had been going on a long time.
