The Chair

The move is not easy, the shuffle up, the lower back support, the descent onto the cushioned seat, great to be moving places, and you thought you were dead, not so. The scene was one of life and thankfulness, no seconds to be wasted, the door opens, he enters the house, walking is not an option, it’s the move that matters. Struggling in the door, not so, there is help, the other faces wonder, wasn’t expecting that, the man in the chair, they thought they would never see him again. Solomon sighed, say it, in the Holy Name, and that was all there is to it, than you can move those chairs.

God uses the most difficult situations to show the impossible and what is possible. Too easily drowned in the material and all that cannot fly, the birds look down, they were once like us, held onto everything, could not fly, till they

let it all go, and now they soar. The beaten souls, Solomon reflects, once you move those big rocks, the lift is easy, and when the mind is right, why not. He enters the room their eyes surprised, how does he manage it, but he already knows what their thinking, not yet….
